When spicy arrabbiata sauce, savory Genoa Salami, and creamy mozzarella top a perfect pizza dough, they deliver an explosion of flavors that make this a one of a kind taste experience.
Ingredients
- 1 ball Citarella pizza dough
- 1 cup Citarella arrabbiata sauce
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup sliced Citarella Parmacotto Genoa Salami
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Citarella Olive Oil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven with pizza stone to 450°F. Allow dough to come to room temperature.
- Stretch your pizza dough to a large round, making sure not to tear. Spread arrabbiata sauce on dough, leaving some space for your crust. Top with fresh mozzarella and salami; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake pizza for 8-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
