BelGioioso Truffle Burrata Salad

The gorgeous salad offers a delicious symphony of flavors and textures. The creaminess of the burrata touched by the earthiness of truffles, the boldness of the sundried peppers and savory saltiness of the prosciutto, and the blend of hot honey and red wine vinegar all marry with the crispness of the greens to create a stunning dish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp hot honey
- 6 cups mesclun greens
- 1/2 cup sun dried peppers, sliced thinly
- 8 slices prosciutto, split in half
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 balls Belgioioso Truffle Burrata
- Truffle oil, for garnish
- Fresh torn basil, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add olive oil, garlic, hot honey, and red wine vinegar. Season to desired taste with salt and pepper, and shake vigorously until incorporated.
- Toss greens with dressing and place on serving platter.
- Top with peppers and prosciutto pieces. Using your hands gently split burrata on top of salad and drizzle with truffle oil. Top with pine nuts and fresh torn basil.
- Serve with a crusty Citarella baguette and enjoy!
