Caprese with Pesto Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 lb Citarella sliced tomato and mozzarella
- ½ cup Citarella pesto
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup fresh basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella Baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Mix pesto with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Arrange sliced tomato and fresh mozzarella on serving platter. Garnish with pesto vinaigrette and fresh basil.
- Serve with warm baguette and enjoy!
