Champagne Cocktail

The pomegranate seeds give the classic combo of freshly squeezed orange juice and champagne a lovey kick of tartness that makes this the perfect brunch cocktail!
Ingredients
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup Citarella orange juice
- 1 bottle Champagne
- Edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix orange juice with ½ cup water. Place pomegranate seeds into an ice cube tray and pour juice mixture on top. Freeze for 4 hours until solid.
- To create your cocktail, place pomegranate orange ice cubes into glasses, and top with champagne.
- Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy!
