Chicken Bacon Buffalo Ranch Burger

We combine premium, antibiotic-free ground white meat chicken with seasoned Panko breadcrumbs and grated Pecorino Romano cheese for a chicken burger that’s scrumptious. This recipe pairs that with the spice of buffalo ranch and smokiness of bacon for an amazing burger treat.
Ingredients
- 4 Citarella Chicken Burger Patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns
- 8 slices bacon
- Buffalo Ranch Sauce, for serving*
- Butter lettuce, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side until you reach an internal temp of 165°F. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, covered, before serving.
- Grill bacon while you’re grilling the patties, until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
- Place patties on buns and top with bacon. Garnish with lots of buffalo ranch and lettuce.
- Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
