Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate is the quintessential dessert sweet, especially when it’s melted into a glossy, silky fondue sauce. When you invite sweet strawberries, pineapple, berries, cubes of our teacake, and marshmallows to the party, you have something fun and memorable to share with family and friends.
Ingredients
- 12 bars of Citarella chocolate (milk and dark mix)
- 1-quart heavy cream
- Pinch of sea salt
- Citarella tea cake, cubed, for serving
- Fruit, for serving
- Marshmallows, for serving
Instructions
- In a small sauce pot, warm cream over medium-low heat.
- Meanwhile, break chocolate bars into smaller pieces. Add chocolate to the cream and whisk until melted and incorporated.
- Add a pinch of salt and remove from heat.
- Pour chocolate fondue into serving bowl and add to a large board. Surround fondue with assorted fruits, marshmallows, and tea cake to dip! You can dip anything you’d like!
