Ingredients
- 4 Citarella Filet Burger Patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns
- 4 slices aged cheddar cheese
- Radicchio
- Arugula
- Truffle Mayo, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
- Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 3+ minutes per side until you reach your desired internal temp. Top with cheese and cook an additional 1-2 minutes until melted. Rest for 2-3 minutes, covered, before serving.
- Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
- Serve burgers topped with radicchio and arugula and a generous drizzle of truffle mayo. Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
