Grass Fed Ribeye Fajitas

Flavorful, grass fed ribeye becomes a fiesta favorite when rubbed with taco seasoning and combined with fresh peppers, onions, cilantro, and lime. Enjoy it sizzling hot!
Ingredients
- 2 grass fed ribeye steaks
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 3 cups sliced bell peppers (any colors you want!)
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Corn tortillas, for serving
- Cilantro, for serving
- Lime, for serving
- Jalapeño, for serving
- Grated cheddar cheese, for serving
- Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, for serving
Instructions
- Trim ribeye and slice into strips. Season with taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot add oil. Add peppers and onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until beginning to char.
- Push peppers and onions to the side and add beef to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, char your tortillas on an open flame for 30 seconds per side.
- Serve fajitas hot from the pan with the warm tortillas and all your favorite toppings. We suggest lime, cilantro, jalapeños, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream!
