Grass Fed Ribeye Fajitas

Flavorful, grass fed ribeye becomes a fiesta favorite when rubbed with taco seasoning and combined with fresh peppers, onions, cilantro, and lime. Enjoy it sizzling hot!


  Ingredients

  • 2 grass fed ribeye steaks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 3 cups sliced bell peppers (any colors you want!)
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Corn tortillas, for serving
  • Cilantro, for serving
  • Lime, for serving
  • Jalapeño, for serving
  • Grated cheddar cheese, for serving
  • Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Trim ribeye and slice into strips. Season with taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot add oil. Add peppers and onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until beginning to char.
  3. Push peppers and onions to the side and add beef to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, char your tortillas on an open flame for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Serve fajitas hot from the pan with the warm tortillas and all your favorite toppings. We suggest lime, cilantro, jalapeños, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream!
