Grilled Cold Water Lobster Tails

Lobster tails give you a lot of what you love about lobster – it’s sweet, succulent meat. Simple grilling enhances its sweet flavor with a bit of a char, and that makes it even more irresistible than ever.


  Ingredients

  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing the grates
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Split your lobster tail in half lengthwise. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil. Preheat your stovetop grill pan or outdoor grill over the highest heat. Brush or spray the grates with oil.
  2. Once it’s hot, grill the tails for 5 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and season to taste with salt and pepper.
