Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Lobster Tails and Truffle Butter

Lovers of surf and turf will savor the addition of earthy truffle butter and uniquely flavorful lobster oil in this utterly delicious, impressive entrée course.
Ingredients
- 1 Citarella porterhouse steak
- 2 Citarella lobster tails , split in half lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp Huile de Homard Lobster Oil
- 2 Tbsp truffle butter
- Truffle Salt, for finishing
- Fresh minced parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once grill is hot, brush with oil.
- Season lobster and steak with lobster oil, salt, and pepper. Grill steak until desired temperature is reached. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- While steak is resting, grill lobster tails for 4-5 minutes until charred and just cooked through.
- Brush steak and lobster tails with truffle butter. Slice steak and assemble on serving plates with lobster tails. Season with truffle salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with minced parsley and enjoy!
