Lime Crema

The richness of the sour cream and zest of the lime and garlic combine to create a delicious crema for your Mexican dishes or as a dip for your crudité and chips.
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Zest and juice lime into a bowl, grate in clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Add in sour cream, mayo, and cilantro; stir until combined. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
- Serve with your favorite tacos or as a dip!
