Mango Jalapeno Salsa

The deep sweetness of mangos pairs beautifully with tart lime, herbaceous cilantro and spicy jalapeno in this perfectly balanced, all around perfect salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Dice mango, red onion, and jalapeno into small pieces.
- Mix in a bowl with fresh cilantro, juice and zest of lime, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Check seasoning and adjust as necessary.
- Serve alongside your favorite grilled fish, with tacos, or enjoy simply with chips!
