Soft Scrambled Eggs with Caviar

Elevate your breakfast or brunch menu with this simply elegant take on scrambled eggs. Soft scrambled to be silky-smooth and topped with luxurious caviar, we can think of no better way to celebrate being alive!


  Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 oz Citarella Caviar
  • 1 Tbsp minced chives, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  2. In a small nonstick skillet, combine beaten eggs with butter and bring up to medium heat. Using a rubber spatula. Stir-push eggs around pan until they’re just begging to set.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chives. Plate eggs and garnish with Citarella caviar and enjoy!
