Our pasta chef began making pasta by hand over sixty 60 years ago at his mother’s kitchen table in his hometown of Piacenza, Italy. Now, we're thrilled to be able to bring his authentic, Italian pastas from his kitchen table to your own. We make our homemade pastas, fresh every morning in our kitchen.
We make fresh batches of pasta from scratch daily; long strands of angel hair, tight curls of fusilli, and of course, our best-seller: cheese-filled ravioli.
Whether you’re hosting a large, traditional Italian dinner or planning a romantic night in for two, Citarella’s authentic homemade handmade pastas are always a tasty choice.
