In order to bring you the absolute best sushi (handmade daily on the premises), we welcome Tenbaku’s award-winning sushi chefs into each of our stores. These skilled artisans use the same fresh fish that we sell at our seafood counter to hand-roll special selections on-site for each of our gourmet markets. And, because tenbaku is a Japanese word meaning “genuine” it goes without saying that their work (and our fresh sushi) brings harmony to the best and most flavorful ingredients. When you combine the masterful skills of Tenbaku’s chefs with the exceptional freshness and quality of our seafood, the results are truly remarkable.
