Spicy Pizza

When spicy arrabbiata sauce, savory Genoa Salami, and creamy mozzarella top a perfect pizza dough, they deliver an explosion of flavors that make this a one of a kind taste experience.


  Ingredients

  • 1 ball Citarella pizza dough
  • 1 cup Citarella arrabbiata sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup sliced Citarella Parmacotto Genoa Salami
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Citarella Olive Oil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven with pizza stone to 450°F. Allow dough to come to room temperature.
  2. Stretch your pizza dough to a large round, making sure not to tear. Spread arrabbiata sauce on dough, leaving some space for your crust. Top with fresh mozzarella and salami; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake pizza for 8-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden-brown and bubbly.
  4. Rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
