This beautiful country with rich sea-faring history knows its seafood. And it’s the source of our plump, juicy wild-caught sardines. About as healthy as seafood gets, these wild caught, meaty fish are rich and robust, with intense flavors that favor the bold.
Roll the fresh Sardines in flour and lightly pan fry with our quality Mediterranean Olive Oil. Makes finger-licking appetizers.
Portion Size
Our Wild Imported Sardines are approximately 5-6 fish per pound. We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 5-6 fish per lb), which serves approx. 2 people.
