Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
Among the finest wild scallops the world has to offer, tiny, wild bay scallops from Cape Cod are as delicious as they are precious. Bay scallop season is short (only available from the late fall to spring) giving them an evanescent allure. Firm, buttery, and nearly candy sweet, these hand caught, hand shucked scallops are pristine enough to pop in your mouth raw or sauté in butter, garlic, and white wine.
Lightly saut? these wild Cape Cod Bay Scallops in white wine, garlic and a pat of butter and serve over our Basmati rice.
Portion Size
Our Wild Cape Cod Bay Scallops are packed approximately 30 pieces to a pound. We recommend 8 ounces raw weight per person when serving various seafood items. The size of this order is 1 lb (approx. 30 scallops per lb), which serves approx. 2 people.
"Unbelievably delicious served with a dry Chenin Blanc or unctuous Pinot Gris."
