Some luxuries are fleeting. Here. And then gone in an instant. The regal turbot is one such indulgence. Seize it if you can. A delicate fish in flavor and texture, sourced from cold Canadian waters. Our wild turbot is a true delicacy of the deep. An elegant centerpiece of French culinary tradition, the silken white meat of turbot fillets—poached, roasted, or seared—are mildly sweet, creamy, and flaky firm. Skin is removed from fillets.
Pan fry Turbot fillet in our full-flavored vinaigrette.
Portion Size
Our Turbot fillet is approximately 6-8 ounces each. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 4 people.
"Treat yourself to something classic from Burgundy. Best paired with Meursault."
