Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
On the rare occasion, we New Yorkers have to show our friends in Boston a little love. And it starts with the way they do quality seafood. Everybody knows lobster, clam chowder, and oysters. But there’s also haddock. This sweet-and-lean, flaky white fish with a subtle sea taste is a New England favorite sourced from cold Atlantic waters. These thick, firm haddock fillets are beautiful pan-fried with a side of buttery potatoes and a couple ice-cold beers.
A favorite for fish-and-chips, Wild Haddock fillet is just as delicious broiled.
Portion Size
Each Wild Haddock fillet is approximately 24 ounces. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 4 people.
"Haddock pairs wonderfully with the natural richness of a Chardonnay from California."
