Our wild cod is sourced from the icy waters of the North Atlantic, from Holland to Nova Scotia. A fish with rich history in the United States—and across the pond—there’s a classic comfort to its mild flavor and firm, buttery texture. For many of us, it simply tastes like home. These hearty, cod fillets boast big flakes and are perfect beer-battered and fried, with hand-cut French fries (“chips” for you purists) and our housemade Tartare Sauce.
Dredge Wild Cod fillet in flour, fry it lightly and serve with our fresh Tartar Sauce.
Portion Size
Each Wild Cod fillet is approximately 6-8 ounces. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 4 people.
