Wild caught in the fertile Atlantic waters off the Iberian Peninsula, a baby octopus from Citarella is cleaned, prepared, and ready for the heat. Poach first. Then, grill until just charred and golden crisp. Serve on a bed of greens. This is a special order item, based on market availability.
Baby Sepia is excellent fried and added to a salad with endives, radicchio and rocket from our produce department.
Portion Size
Our Wild Baby Sepia comes 8-10 Sepia per pound. We recommend 8 ounces raw weight per person when serving various seafood items. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 8-10 Sepia per lb), which serves approx. 4 people.
