On the Carolina coasts, quality seafood is just as much a staple of American cuisine as apple pie. It’s from there— sourced with the highest principles—that we get this firm textured, fresh large shrimp. With about 16 to 20 shrimp per pound, they are plump, sweet, and tender—perfect for a classic shrimp cocktail or garlicky sautés.
Boil our Large Shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes or steam with Old Bay Seasoning and vinegar, and then dip them into our homemade Cocktail Sauce.
Portion Size
Our Wild-Caught Large Shrimp come 16-20 per pound. Enjoy 4-5 pieces for an appetizer or 8-10 as a main course per person when serving shrimp. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 16-20 shrimp per lb), which serves 4-8 people.
