At Citarella, our partners around the world are held to the highest possible standard. That’s why we source all of our freshwater tilapia from one trusted purveyor: Regal Springs in Honduras. Naturally better, it’s never frozen and it’s always free from antibiotics, additives, and preservatives. This is premium quality farm raised tilapia. Grilled or breaded (for the less adventurous young palates in the house), this is a mild, mellow, white fish you can feel good about serving to your family.
Our Tilapia fillets are ideal for roasting or saut?ing. Add our fresh salsa for incredible fish tacos!
Portion Size
Our Tilapia provides approximately 2 fillets per pound. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 4 people.
