We source flounder from local, Atlantic fisherman. If you’ve got a guest list full of “steak lovers” and it’s Friday fish night, wild flounder is a go-to crowd pleaser. It’s delicate and creamy. We love braising our whole Wild Flounder in white wine and garlic with a touch of rosemary.
Portion Size
Our whole Wild Flounder is approximately 2 pounds each. We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 1 fish (approx. 2 lbs per fish), which serves approx. 2 people.
