Halibut is forever fantastic roasted or baked and its gentle flavor often appeals to the next generation of seafood lovers.
We like to bake our Halibut fillet in one of our delicious vinaigrettes.
Portion Size
Our Wild Halibut portion is approximately 6-8 ounces. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 2 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 2 people.
