Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
Sourced from the cold waters off Montauk using sustainable fishing practices, golden-spotted tilefish are as gorgeous as they are delicious. We work with trusted purveyors—fisherman like John Nolan—who braves the harsh Atlantic in his 82-foot boat, Sea Capture, to bring back this unmistakably fresh taste of Long Island. Meaty and lean with a lobster-like sweetness, tilefish has a mild flavor easy to shape with marinades and seasonings. It's beautiful broiled or baked in olive oil, and perfect for a candlelit dinner for two.
Try a nice bake with sea salt, black pepper and our cold-pressed olive oils for our Wild Tilefish. Our roasted red peppers offer a grilling companion!
Portion Size
Our Whole Wild Tilefish is approximately 2-3 pounds each. We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 1 fish (approx. 2-3 lbs per fish), which serves 2-3 people.
"Dry Riesling from Austria or Alsace is a stunning partner to tilefish."
