Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
The best seafood starts at the source. The waters of the Carolinas produce shrimp at the highest standard. Firm and sweet, medium-sized shrimp—estimate 31 to 35 per pound—are excellent added to ceviche (let the lime juice do the work), seafood salads, and spicy pasta dishes.
Cooking Medium Shrimp is a cinch: simply brown them in a hot skillet, add our myriad of sauces, then tip on our fresh pasta. Fettucine and marinara is always a good choice.
Portion Size
Our Wild-Caught Medium Shrimp come approximately 35 per pound. We recommend 4 ounces of shrimp for an appetizer or 8 ounces for an entrée. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 31-35 shrimp per lb), which serves 4-8 people.
"Enjoy with a cool glass of coastal Italian white like Vermentino or Verdicchio."
