Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
Summer has seen New Yorkers throwing these full-flavored, aromatic fish on the grill for about as long as there have been New Yorkers. For the adventurous palate, get a fresh, bold taste of the Atlantic and add some omega-rich meat to the plate—and the conversation—with local bluefish from Citarella gourmet market, shipped right to your door.
When it comes to our Wild Blurfish, try grilling it as is -- Blues have enough flavor on their own!
Portion Size
Our whole Wild Bluefish is approximately 1-2 pounds each . We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 1 fish (approx. 1-2 lbs per fish), which serves 1-2 people.
"Bluefish is bold, so pair this with a wine that has character, like Greco di Tufo from Campania."
