We source this wild caught fish from the coastal waters of Florida. The flashy red skin and mellow flavor of Mahi Mahi fillets always keep us coming back. Although it`s called a dolphin fish, Mahi Mahi isn`t related to the mammal.
Try sauteing this Wild Mahi Mahi fillet in a garlic white wine sauce for 6 to 8 minutes.
