This is wild tuna as nature intended it. Sourced from the Carolinas, Florida and beyond, it’s firm, sweet, antioxidant rich, and leagues from the can. Perfect flash-seared yet firm enough for the grill. These tuna steaks are best enjoyed rare—with a bowl of warm rice, a dash of coarse salt, and a generous touch of bright citrus, perhaps.
While Tuna steak is fantastic as sushi or tartare, it also tastes delicious grilled, roasted or seared. Grill briefly on each side, leaving the inside rare, and roll through spices like sesame or wasabi powder.
Portion Size
Our Wild Tuna Steak is approximately 6-8 ounces each. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 steaks (approx. 6-8 ounces per steak), which serves approx. 4 people.
