When entertaining, focus on creating the evening's magic, our fishmongers will hand select, cook, peel, and devein large shrimp in our Citarella kitchen. Wild caught in the Carolinas, these big, tender, sweet shrimp-consider about 16 - 20 shrimp per pound-are perfect on top of crunchy green farmer's market salads or circled around a ramekin of our housemade cocktail sauce.
Our fishmongers have cooked and cleaned these Large shrimp, so just add some lemon and our Cocktail Sauce and dive in. Made fresh through the day, so please contact us in advance for large orders!
Portion Size
Our Large Cooked Cleaned Shrimp are approximately 16-20 shrimp per pound. Enjoy 5-6 pieces for an appetizer or 8-10 as a main course per person. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 16-20 pieces per lb), which serves 4-8 people.
