Bacon Buffalo Ranch Burger

We combine premium, antibiotic-free ground white meat chicken with seasoned Panko breadcrumbs and grated Pecorino Romano cheese for a chicken burger that’s scrumptious. This recipe pairs that with the spice of buffalo ranch and smokiness of bacon for an amazing burger treat.
Ingredients
4 Citarella Chicken Burger Patties
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 buns
8 slices bacon
Buffalo Ranch Sauce, for serving*
Butter lettuce, for serving
Salt and pepper, to taste
Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side until you reach an internal temp of 165°F. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, covered, before serving.
Grill bacon while you’re grilling the patties, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
Place patties on buns and top with bacon. Garnish with lots of buffalo ranch and lettuce.
Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
