Classic Sirloin Sliders

We take our finest cuts of sirloin and grind them to perfection. The result – a deeply flavored, rich and juicy burger that eats like a steak. Pair it with American cheese and all the trimmings and you have the ultimate Cheeseburger Slider experience.
Ingredients
- 8 Citarella Sirloin Slider Patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices American cheese, cut in half
- Sliced red onion
- Butter lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- Ketchup, mayo, and mustard for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
- Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 2+ minutes per side until you reach your desired internal temp. Top with cheese and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, covered, before serving.
- Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
- Serve burgers topped with all the classic fixings and your preferred condiments. Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
