Creamy Labneh with Garlic Confit and Sundried Tomatoes

The creamy richness of labneh is the perfect vehicle for a blend of sweet garlic confit and richly flavored sundried tomatoes. The brightness of fresh herbs and lemon completes this delectable starter, generously spread on a crusty baguette.
Ingredients
2 cups labneh
1/2 cup Citarella garlic confit
1/2 cup Citarella sundried tomatoes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Citarella Baguette, for serving
Instructions
In a bowl add labneh, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add most of the garlic confit, reserving a few pieces for garnish. Using a fork, smash the garlic into the labneh. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, herbs, and mix until incorporated.
Spoon into a bowl and garnish with remaining garlic cloves. Serve with Citarella baguette and enjoy!
