Pork Chops with Stone Fruit and Balsamic

Pork chops and fruit are a natural together. Here we pair them with plums, peaches and apricots, which caramelize on the grill to bring out their sweetness. The fresh basil and aged balsamic further accentuate this lovely duo.
Rub olive oil on pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until you have reached your desired temperature. Tent with foil and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
Grill your halved fruits for 2-3 minutes, while the pork is resting. Once they develop a nice golden-brown color, remove from grill and slice into thin wedges. Toss with parsley and half the balsamic; season with salt and pepper.
Serve pork chops with grilled stone fruit and more balsamic drizzle on top. Enjoy with your favorite Citarella sides!
