Halibut with Spicy Tomato, Olive, and Caper Sauce

The pairing of seafood with olives and capers is a classic Italian preparation. The addition of our feisty, imported arrabbiata sauce adds a kick of spice that makes this entrée irresistible!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. halibut, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 3 Tbsp capers
- 1/2 cup olives, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cups Citarella Arrabbiata sauce
- Parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut halibut into 8 even pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium pot over medium heat add olive oil and smashed garlic cloves. Cook for 2 minutes until garlic is golden then add capers olives and white wine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes then add arrabbiata sauce.
- Bring sauce to a simmer then add in halibut pieces. Cover with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until halibut is just cooked through.
- Carefully place halibut onto serving dish and spoon sauce all around. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy with your favorite Citarella sides!
