Lobster Rolls

Lobster rolls are a taste of New England summer and sea that you can enjoy all year long. When you start with our finest Nova Scotia Lobster meat, all you need are just a few simple, fresh ingredients and a big appetite. Go ahead…have two!


  Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds poached lobster meat
  • 2 ounces of mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces of chopped celery
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Dash of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 brioche rolls
  • 3 tbsp of butter

Instructions

Combine the first seven ingredients, mixing gently in a bowl until the lobster meat is coated. Spread softened butter onto a split brioche roll and place buttered side down in a hot skillet until lightly browned. Add lobster mixture to the roll and garnish with chives to serve.
