Salmon Burgers with Marinated Cucumber Salad

We’ve paired the creamy richness of our seasoned Salmon Burgers with the fresh flavors of cucumber and lemon, the herbaceous note of dill and the tang of feta in this seafood burger classic.
Ingredients
- 4 Citarella Salmon Burger Patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
- Peel cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Toss with lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. Set aside while you cook your burgers.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until you reach your desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
- Place patties on buns and top with marinated cucumber salad and crumbled feta.
- Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
