Salmon Burgers with Garlic Aioli

We blend the creamy richness of our salmon with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and chives to create amazing burgers. They’re delicious as they are, or you can complement them with a flavorful garlic aioli for a perfectly outstanding seafood burger experience!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Citarella Salmon Burgers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups Arugula
- 4 Citarella Brioche Hamburger Buns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Brush with olive oil.
- Season salmon burgers with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the center is just cooked through. Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Toast or grill bun in the same pan you cooked the burgers to absorb all the flavor.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix mayonnaise, grated garlic, and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Assemble the burgers by spooning some of the aioli on both the top and bottom bun. Top with salmon burger and arugula. Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
