Crisp endive leaves serve as “boats” to house perfect bites of silky, smoked salmon paired with a creamy herbed goat cheese spread. A unique appetizer that checks all the boxes for delicious!
In a small bowl mix goat cheese with a fork incorporating the milk a little at a time until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place into a Ziplock or piping bag and set aside.
Arrange endive leaves on your serving platter and fill with bite sized pieces of smoked salmon. Cut a small corner off your Ziplock or piping bag and pipe a few small dollops of the goat cheese mixture onto each endive “boat.”
