Delicate, velvety, just a touch salty, with a firm pop, and savored in small doses or scooped up with relentless enthusiasm, Citarella offers an inspired variety of Italian-sourced caviars.

Extraordinarily rare Citarella Gold Imperial Osetra caviar has a rich, nutty flavor. Its olive-green to golden-hued eggs are large and firm.

Indulgent Citarella Osetra Caviar promises silky texture and clean finish. Its dark brown eggs boast a shimmering gold sheen and are rich and firm.

Distinct Citarella Siberian Caviar is a green-to-amber hued caviar with a well-rounded, bold flavor and an almond-like finish. And elegantly balanced Citarella White Sturgeon caviar is creamy and smooth. Its large, gray-to-black eggs boast a buttery sweetness.
