Turkey Burger with Brie & Raspberry Pepper Preserves

We blend 94%, antibiotic-free ground turkey with grated Parmigiano and shredded Provolone cheeses, fresh red and yellow peppers, onion, Italian parsley and seasonings to make our famous Turkey Burger. This medley of flavors is further enhanced with creamy brie, sweet raspberry preserves and feisty Calabrian chili for an explosion of flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 Citarella Turkey Burger Patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns
- 1 wedge brie cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup Citarella raspberry preserves
- 2 Tbsp crushed Calabrian chili
- Sliced red onion, for serving
- Arugula, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella sides, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with olive oil.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side until you reach an internal temp of 165°F. Top with cheese and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, covered, before serving.
- Meanwhile, grill buns until just golden.
- In a small bowl, mix raspberry preserves with crushed chili, salt, and pepper.
- Spread buns with raspberry pepper preserves and arugula. Top with cheesy turkey burger and top bun.
- Serve alongside your favorite Citarella sides and enjoy!
