2. Indicate if you will accept substitutions by clicking the appropriate box.
3. Let us know if this is a delivery, pick-up, or nationwide shipping and complete the appropriate section.
4. Fill in the desired quantities in the boxes provided.
5. Leave us a note to request anything beyond what appears on the list.
6. Save the form to your computer again and email it to: help@citarella.com
7. A Citarella Shopping Specialist will call you within 24 hours of receipt to confirm your order and collect your payment information.
