Pink snapper is a delicate, mild, wild caught fish. It’s blush pink skin is best brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and baked for 45 minutes. For a chic, colorful evening, serve with a garnish of French breakfast radishes.
To cook, simply brush with Citarella?s imported extra virgin olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon slices, then bake the Wild Pink Snapper until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
Portion Size
Our whole Wild Pink Snapper is approximately 2-3 pounds each. We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 1 fish (approx. 2-3 lbs per fish), which serves 2-3 people.
