Open-Faced Ham and Tomme de
Savoie Melt

The mild, nutty flavor and smooth texture of Tomme de Savoie cheese pairs so well with cured meats. Here, the rosemary scented ham and Dijon mustard complete the pairing in a perfect French grilled cheese!
Ingredients
4 thick slices sourdough or other hearty bread
4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
12 slices rosemary ham
1 cup grated Tomme de Savoie cheese
Fresh thyme, minced for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread one tablespoon of Dijon on each piece of bread and arrange spaced out on the prepared baking sheet.
Top each piece of bread with three slices of rosemary ham and a sprinkling of Tomme de Savoie cheese.
Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with fresh minced thyme.
Serve alongside a salad and your favorite Citarella sides.
