Then, grill until just charred and golden crisp. Serve on a bed of greens. This is a special order item, based on market availability.
Marinate Wild Baby Octopus in one of our olive oils, with lemon, garlic and sea salt, and grill until there?s a charred, crispy texture. Add to your favorite salad.
Portion Size
Our Wild Baby Octopus is 1-1.5 pounds. We recommend 8 ounces raw weight per person when serving various seafood items. The size of this order is 2 lbs (approx. 8-10 pieces in a lb), which serves approx. 4 people.
