Enjoy Fresh, Never Frozen Seafood – Shipped Overnight! LEARN MORE
This lean, seasonal salmon is cold-water sourced from trusted fisherman docked out of Oregon and Washington. Its short season (typically July through October) gives this mild-flavored fish a precious appeal. Small and silver-skinned, Coho is famous in the Pacific Northwest and beyond for its intense red color. It delivers a beautiful dash of crimson on the plate. And it’s rich with Omega 3s, protein, and B vitamins. Coho’s subtle flavor is accentuated with a preparation that revels in swirling smoke and fresh herbs.
Ideal for the grill or broiler. Marinate this Coho Salmon fillet in our house-made Italian Vinaigrette and broil, 4?6 minutes, meat-side up.
Portion Size
Each Wild Coho Salmon fillet is approximately 6-8 ounces. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 2 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portions), which serves approx. 2 people.
"Pair this with a nice glass of Pinot Noir from California's Sonoma Coast region."
