For a taste of Paris without wandering the Second Arrondissement, consider the delicate lemon sole, named for the lemon-yellow hue of its skin. Sourced from the cold waters of the North Atlantic, this flatfish produces snowy fillets that are light and mellow and renowned for their elegant texture. Flaky yet creamy, this bistro favorite is magnificent sautéed in butter and lemon and accompanied by a warm, crispy baguette. Skin is removed from the lemon sole fillets.
Delicately pan-fry our Lemon Sole Fillet in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, finish with its namesake lemon juice.
Portion Size
Each Wild Lemon Sole fillet is approximately 6-8 ounces. We recommend 6-8 ounces raw weight per person when serving fish fillets and steaks. The size of this order is 4 portions (approx. 6-8 ounces per portion), which serves approx. 4 people.
