Sustainable fishing at its best, stripers are wild caught off the coast of Long Island in the rich, Atlantic fishery. Grilled or baked whole, this “prince of the northeast” (with its signature banded flash) is a beautiful centerpiece to a table that evokes the best of summer.

Our Whole Wild Striped Bass is approximately 8-10 pounds each. We recommend 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving whole fish. The size of this order is 1 fish (approx. 10 lbs per fish), which serves approx. 10 people.
